Audio Welcome and Introduction
Meditation #1~Rapid Relaxation
This meditation draws on one of the body’s natural ways of relaxing, the sigh. In this meditation you will utilize this by consciously breathing in more deeply, sighing out the breath and feeling the natural wave of relaxation that comes with exhalation. A technique of a gentle sway of the body from side to side will help you to find the point of balance for your body. Rapid Relaxation is simple and will allow you to rest, relax and discover your point of balance. A Quick 5 minute meditation guarantee to be extremely beneficial for your mind and body.
Meditation #2~The Access Points Leading to Bliss
In this meditation you will be directed to the Access Points leading to body awareness and bliss. These are the feet, the abdomen, the shoulders and the face. By tuning in to the Access Points, your awareness will open out to be more inclusive of the whole body from bottom to top without going into every body part, individually. This will bring complete relaxation to the body and the mind. This meditation is 15 minutes.
Meditation #3~Stillness of the Mind
This key meditation practice builds upon what is learned in the first two mediations. The complete technique aims to help you to naturally progress to gently relaxing the body and calming the mind. As the meditation moves forward, the mind becomes more calm and settled and mindfulness appears. You will simply become more aware and less judgmental. Free of judgment, free of reaction with gentleness and open curiosity you will begin to notice the space between your thoughts as things come and go. You will be awake, alert, curious, open, non-judgmental with deep, natural peace and undistracted awareness. This is a 20 minute meditation.
